Every engagement has these four accountable
Each function is held by a named person on your account. You will meet them during onboarding and they stay with you — this is not a rotating assignment.
Commercial & escalation of last resort
Accountable for the commitments on this website being true, for the contract, and for any engagement that is not going the way it should.
Reachable directly by every customer. Nobody at Seacow is measured on how rarely they get escalated to.
Delivery
Owns the assessment, migration and platform practices. Personally reviews every wave plan before a production cutover.
Also the function that declines compressed discovery — see what happened the one time we didn't.
Operations
Owns the 24×7 roster, incident command, the runbook standard and the alert-hygiene process that precedes every pager transfer.
Automatically engaged on any P1 open beyond two hours, and on request at any point.
Security
Owns the security practice, the compliance evidence programme, and our own internal information security management system.
Sits in customer assessments and audits, and is the function that insists we never penetration test our own configurations.
All four are hands-on and carry customer accounts. We do not have a leadership tier that has stopped doing the work.
Four levels, and you can start at any of them
You should never have to work out how to escalate during an incident. Names and mobile numbers for each level are in your service description.
Full support & SLA detail- Level 1
On-call engineer
First response and incident command, reachable via the incident line at any hour.
- Level 2
Lead engineer for your account
Automatically engaged on any P1, and on any P2 open beyond two hours.
- Level 3
Operations
Engaged on any P1 open beyond two hours, or on request at any point.
- Level 4
Commercial
Available to you directly, for anything about the engagement rather than the incident.
No account management layer
There is no separate account management function sitting between you and the engineers. Your account director is one of the four functions above, and your lead engineer is the person who designed your platform.
This constrains how fast we can grow, deliberately. A managed service business that grows faster than it can hire senior engineers ends up inserting a coordination layer, and that layer is where accountability goes to die.
What that means in practice
- Your monthly service review is attended by your lead engineer, not a summary of their notes
- Technical questions in the shared channel are answered by the person who built the thing
- Escalation reaches a decision-maker in one hop
- We turn down work we cannot staff properly, rather than staffing it thinly
The cost to you: we are a small firm, and our on-call roster has less redundancy than a large integrator's. If roster size is your primary concern, that is a legitimate reason to choose someone else.
Why there are no profiles on this page
Staff names, photographs and biographies published on a corporate website are a standing resource for social engineering — they make targeted phishing and pretexting against our team, and by extension against our customers' environments, materially easier.
Given that our people hold privileged access to customer cloud accounts, we treat that as an unnecessary exposure. It is the same reasoning that leads us to keep the sub-processor register available on request rather than published.
Everything a procurement or risk function actually needs is available directly:
Available on request during procurement
- Named contacts for each of the four functions, with direct numbers
- CVs and certification evidence for the engineers proposed on your account
- Personnel screening and background check policy
- Confidentiality and IP terms applying to delivery staff
- Insurance certificates and professional indemnity cover
- Sub-processor register with hosting locations
Usually returned within one business day. Ask your account contact, or get in touch.
Specialists we bring in rather than pretend to be
We keep relationships with independent firms rather than claiming capability we do not have. We take no referral fee from any of them, which is the only arrangement under which a recommendation means anything.
- Registered IRAP assessors — for assessment we cannot and should not perform on systems we hardened
- Penetration testing firms — independent of us, engaged on your contract
- ISO 27001 certification bodies — certification is issued by them, never by us
- Technology and privacy lawyers — for the questions that are legal rather than technical
Hiring
We hire senior engineers only, in Sydney and remotely across Australia. On-call is paid and capped, certifications are funded, and nobody is handed a system they have not been given time to understand.

Not a salesperson, and not a pre-sales engineer who then hands you to somebody else.
