AWS Partner Network

Built on AWS. Accountable to you.

Being an AWS partner is not a logo on a website. It is a working relationship — shared account planning, direct escalation paths, funding programmes, and engineers who hold current certifications.

What the partnership gives you

Four things a partner unlocks that you can't get alone

These are the practical differences customers notice in the first quarter — not the ones on the partner marketing page.

Funding and credits

Eligible migrations, proofs of concept and modernisation projects can attract AWS investment. We prepare and submit the nomination on your behalf — it is our paperwork, not yours.

How funding works

Escalation path

Partner-side escalation into AWS support and service teams when a case stalls, plus early visibility of service roadmaps under NDA — which occasionally changes what we advise you to build.

Well-Architected Framework

Structured reviews across the six pillars with remediation tracked to closure — the same method AWS solutions architects use, delivered free.

What the review covers

Joint account planning

Where it helps, your AWS account team and ours plan together, so commercial commitments and technical roadmap actually line up rather than being negotiated separately.

Certifications

Certified, and kept current

Certification renewal is written into every engineer's development plan and paid for by the company, along with the study time. Figures below are maintained by our delivery office and reviewed quarterly.

What we won't claim

Partner marketing tends to blur a few things. For the avoidance of doubt:

  • We do not resell AWS at a margin. We can consolidate billing if you want it, at cost. Our revenue is the service fee.
  • A partner tier is not a quality guarantee. Tiers largely reflect certification counts, customer numbers and revenue. Ask about outcomes instead.
  • We are not an AWS employee. Where our advice and AWS's differ, we will tell you it differs and why, rather than presenting one as the other.
  • Funding is not guaranteed. Eligibility is assessed by AWS against programme criteria. We will tell you the likelihood honestly before you plan around it.

Multi-cloud, honestly

We are an AWS specialist. That is a deliberate choice — depth beats breadth in operations, and a team that is competent across three clouds is usually excellent at none of them.

Plenty of our customers run workloads on Azure or on-premises for good reasons: licensing, an existing contract, a product that only ships one way. We manage the AWS portion and integrate cleanly with the rest.

If the majority of your estate is elsewhere, we are probably not the right managed provider for you, and we will say so in the first call.
