Home/Pricing
Fixed fee. No markup. No surprises.
You pay AWS directly at list price, or through us at cost. Our fee is for the service — which means every dollar we save you stays with you.

One-off engagements
Not everything needs a retainer. These are commonly bought standalone, and the fee is credited against your first three months if you go on to a managed plan.
Fixed price, quoted after a scoping call. We do not start work on a time-and-materials basis for a piece of work we should be able to size.
Well-Architected Review — free
Ten business days. Full report, remediation backlog, architecture diagrams and cost model. No obligation. Details →
Cloud Migration Assessment — from $18,000
Application inventory, dependency map, TCO model and wave plan. Often partially AWS-funded. Funding →
Security & Compliance Gap Assessment — from $14,000
Essential Eight, ISO 27001 or SOC 2 mapping with a prioritised remediation plan. Details →
Landing Zone Build — from $32,000
Control Tower, network, identity, guardrails and CI/CD foundations, delivered as your Terraform. Details →
Disaster Recovery Design & Test — from $16,000

Cost Optimisation Sprint — from $12,000
Four weeks: forensics, quick wins implemented, tag policy and showback deployed. Typically pays for itself before it finishes.
Why we won't quote from a website form
Two estates with identical AWS spend can differ threefold in what they cost to operate. These are the factors that actually move our price.
Production workload count
More than account count or spend. Twenty production services need twenty sets of runbooks.
Infrastructure-as-code maturity
A fully Terraformed estate is materially cheaper to operate than a click-ops one, and we price that difference through.
Compliance scope
Evidence programmes are real ongoing work. ISO 27001 plus IRAP readiness is not a line item we can absorb.
Change appetite
How much delivery capacity you want included each month, versus quoted separately as it arises.
Alert hygiene at the start
An estate with 400 alerts a week costs more to onboard. We fix it, and the fee reflects that first fortnight.
Integration surface
Third parties, legacy systems and hybrid connectivity all add operational load that pure-cloud estates don't.
The things people ask before signing
Do you mark up our AWS consumption?
No. If you bill through us, you pay our cost. If you bill direct with AWS, nothing changes. Our margin comes from the service fee only, which is the only arrangement under which our incentive to reduce your bill is genuine.
Do you charge a percentage of the savings you find?
No. That model pays a provider more for finding waste slowly and rewards leaving some behind. It also removes any incentive to do the attribution work that prevents recurrence. Our FinOps work is inside the fixed fee.
Is there a minimum term?
Twelve months on Essential and Managed, because onboarding cost is real and front-loaded — three weeks of engineering before we take the pager. After the initial term it runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
What if we exceed the included change capacity?
We flag it in the weekly check-in before it happens. Additional work is quoted as a fixed-price piece or at an agreed day rate. It is never billed as a surprise on the next invoice — if you are ever surprised by one of our invoices, we have made a mistake.
Can we start smaller and move up?
Yes, and many customers do — usually Essential for a quarter while confidence builds, then Managed. Moving up mid-term is straightforward. Moving down is possible at renewal.
Do you offer service credits?
Yes on Managed and Enterprise, against the response targets in your service description. They are calculated automatically from our service management system and appear on the invoice without you having to claim them.
Get a real number
Thirty minutes on a call and read-only access to your accounts is usually enough for us to quote accurately.
